Budweiser baseball contest could become a hit

Budweiser is carrying out a promotion dubbed “Recruiting Major League Cheering Squad,” that offers all-expenses-paid trips for 20 persons who want to see a Major League baseball game in the United States.
Those who wish to see an MLB game in the U.S. can upload a poster with creative cheering photos and messages on the Budweiser’s Facebook page, then share the poster and tag friends.
The number of friends tagged and the number of likes the poster receives means a higher probability of winning.
Customers can also participate in the event through a QR code on the application ticket, provided when ordering Budweiser at bars or purchasing beer at large discount stores.
The winners will be chosen by a lottery and will receive a ticket and an all-expenses trip to watch a game in the United States. Second and third place will receive a baseball and baseball equipment with the Budweiser logo.
The contest runs through Aug. 31, and the winner will be announced Sept. 6 on Facebook.
