Mongolian school gets gift of computers, gear from KAL
Korean Air Lines, the nation’s top flag carrier, said yesterday it donated 30 computers and sports gear to Bolovsrol school in Baganuur District, Mongolia.KAL, an affiliate of Hanjin Group, is the only local airline flying to Mongolia. It signed a code share agreement in 2010 with MIAT Mongolian Airlines.
Since 2004, the company has been conducting a campaign of planting trees in Mongolia as a part of its corporate social responsibility efforts.
