Hee-chul back from military
After two years after leaving the music scene to fulfill his compulsory military service, Super Junior’s Kim Hee-chul has returned.Kim was discharged yesterday, and quickly expressed his joy through his Instagram account, writing, “I’ll upload 100 pictures today.”
As promised, he also uploaded funny pictures of himself with Taeyeon of Girls’ Generation. In the Army, Hee-chul was a public service worker instead of serving in a regular post because of a leg injury he suffered in a car accident in 2006.
His agency, SM Entertainment, confirmed Hee-chul will join Super Junior’s current world tour as soon as he’s gotten in enough practice and is up to speed.
Super Junior just returned to Korea from a summer of concerts in Indonesia, Japan, Thailand, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore.
But the popular K-pop group still has dates coming in China, Malaysia, the Philippines and China later this year.
