The lower-cost devices known as altteul phones in Korean, went on sale at Korea Post branches nationwide.

Korea Post said 18 altteul phones are available, seven of which offer LTE service.

The altteul phones offer service at a far lower cost than SK Telecom, KT and LG U+.[NEWS1]
