CJ Korea Express creates delivery status system

CJ Korea Express, the nation’s largest parcel service provider, said yesterday it has developed a distribution information system called “Customer Portal” that allows customers to check their delivery status online or with their smartphones.
The system was developed by its own technology, CJ Korea Express said. The affiliate of CJ Group said that the customer portal will provide information like delivery situation, package volume and costs. It also shows delivery paths using Google Maps and real-time updates on delivery delays.
