Hyundai Motor Group chair heads to Europe on businessHyundai Motor Group Chairman Chung Mong-koo left for Europe yesterday to assess the market situation there.
Chung will visit Hyundai Motor’s plant in Russia and the Czech Republic as well as a Kia Motors plant in Slovakia to check the quality of vehicles. He will also visit Frankfurt, Germany, where Hyundai’s European headquarters are located, to review sales strategy.
Hyundai Motor Group, the nation’s second-largest conglomerate, said that Chung will instruct the company’s European employees to upgrade the brand value and the plant’s timely production.
