Asiana Airlines announces new reservation, ticketing systemAsiana Airlines said yesterday it has upgraded its reservation and ticketing system.
The carrier said it adopted the Altea Customer Management Solution from Amadeus after working nearly two years with the company.
Asiana, which operates 83 aircraft, said it needed the new system with the arrival of new planes - including the Airbus A380 - next year.
The system is used by 132 airlines and dominates the market, Asiana said.
