The Coast Guard was mobilized yesterday to collect oil that leaked from the Zhou Hang, a Chinese-national ship at a port in Dong District, Ulsan. The 4,675-ton bulk carrier was stranded at about 1:57 a.m. due to bad weather conditions one kilometer (1,093 yards) east of Seul Island in Ulsan. [NEWSIS]
