Cooperatives get green light to sell funds to customersMutual financial institutions like the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation and the National Credit Union Federation of Korea will be allowed to sell funds starting next year, the country’s financial regulator said yesterday.
The Financial Services Commissions yesterday unveiled measures to bring more vibrancy to the country’s capital markets as part of a follow-up to last week’s comprehensive measures to boost Korea’s financial competitiveness.
