Keeping market culture alive
Currently underway at Seoul Metropolitan Library is an exhibition titled “Reading Traditional Markets.” Twenty-four paintings and 25 books about traditional markets are on display at the special exhibition hall of the library located near Seoul City Hall. Organizers say they hope the exhibition helps people to remember the culture of traditional markets, which is declining these days. The exhibition runs until Sunday.
