BtoB closes 2013 in Japan
Boy group BtoB just held its second set of solo concerts in Japan, according to its agency Cube Entertainment yesterday.Dubbed the “Live Arch Special Encore the BTOB,” the concerts on Sunday and Monday in Tokyo brought in around 3,700 fans.
The group decided to return to Japan for its second concert series following the success of a show in Tokyo in October.
Thanks to the positive reception at the October show, the group decided to make an encore appearance just before the year’s end.
BtoB, predicted by many industry experts to be the next big idol stars in the Hallyu wave, launched its fan club last month, going by the name Melody. Melody drew not only local fans but also fans from Thailand, Taiwan and other countries around the region to celebrate the establishment of the fan club in Gwangjin, eastern Seoul, on Dec. 22.
