Not-working mothers
Women who have been out of work for more than two years consult with human resources management employees of CJ Group at the company’s recruitment fair yesterday at a CGV in Yeouido, western Seoul. The group plans to hire 136 women regardless of their age and educational background as interns for six weeks. The interns will be employed as regular workers in June after additional executive interviews and work assessments. Encouraging the hiring of retirees and women who have been inactive due to marriage and children has been one of the key parts of the economic agenda of the Park Geun-hye administration this year.
