Palatial art

At Gallery Hanok in Gahoe-dong, Jongno District, in central Seoul, 10 artists from the Traditional Arts and Crafts Department of the Korea National University of Cultural Heritage are showcasing their works inspired by Changdeok Palace. The exhibition, titled “Changdeokgung Project,” runs until Feb. 11. The department said for the next five years, its students will create works based on each of the five palaces in Seoul - Changdeok, Gyeongbok, Changgyeong, Deoksu and Gyeonghui.
