Galloping through history
The Gyeongju National Museum in Gyeongju, North Gyeongsang, is holding a special exhibition until April 27 on horses as 2014 is the Year of the Horse, according to the Chinese zodiac calendar. The exhibition, titled “Horse, an Animal Bridging Heaven and Earth,” showcases 30 horse-shaped or horse-inspired artifacts, mostly from the Silla Dynasty (57 BC-AD 935).
