KAL-Air Tahiti Nui agreement simplifies travel to paradise

Korean Air Lines, the nation’s largest carrier, said yesterday it has sealed a code-share agreement with Air Tahiti Nui to offer more convenient trips to the largest island in the Windward group of French Polynesia.

KAL said it will offer Monday and Saturday flights from Incheon to Tahiti via Tokyo’s Narita International Airport starting next month. KAL will be responsible for the Incheon-Narita leg.

Previously, flights to Tahiti had to be taken separately.

KAL is currently code-sharing on 184 routes with Air France, KLM and 30 other airlines.
