Cadets in the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) of Sungshin Women’s University adjust each other’s uniforms yesterday during its first-ever commission ceremony since its founding in December 2011. Twenty-nine cadets in the unit were commissioned as officers at the ceremony. [NEWS1]
