Samsung Electronics starts selling the Galaxy Note 3 Neo today through the country’s three mobile carriers. A less expensive version of the Note 3, the Note 3 Neo has a 5.5-inch screen, 2GB RAM, 3,100 mAh battery, and an 8 million pixel back camera, compared with the Note 3’s 5.7-inch screen, 3GB RAM, 3,200 mAh battery and 13 million pixel camera.
