Kia Motors to begin selling its compact Soul electric vehicle

Kia Motors, the nation’s second-largest automaker, said it will begin selling its Soul EV compact electric vehicle for 42.5 million won ($48,900).

The company said that the Soul EV, which was introduced in February at the Chicago Auto Show, will come with a 10-year or 160,000 kilometer warranty on batteries and core parts, highest of local electric vehicles.
