Siemens moves regional office to a new building in Seoul

Siemens Energy Solutions said yesterday that it has moved into its new office at Seoul Square Building in central Seoul, six months after establishing its new Asia and the Middle East headquarters in Korea.

The German company said that the office move from Chungjeongno, northwestern Seoul, was necessary because the old building was past capacity.

Kim Jong-kap, chief executive of Siemens Korea, said at the office’s opening ceremony yesterday that “with our new regional headquarters, we are underlining our commitment to Korea, and at the same time we will strengthen our relationship with customers, suppliers and partners throughout Asia and the Middle East.”
