International Trade Challenge applications available

FedEx Korea, the local unit of the world’s largest express transportation company, said yesterday it is inviting Korean students to participate in the 2014 FedEx-JA International Trade Challenge. In the contest, students from the Asia-Pacific region present business ideas and strategies in English.

The event, organized with Junior Achievement Korea, has been taking place since 2007. A local contest will be held June 21, and the three best teams will compete with students from other countries in Hong Kong from Aug. 17-21.

Application forms can be downloaded from JA Korea’s website (www.jakorea.org) and sent via email (sale@jakorea.org) until May 11.
