In case of breakdown, Audi Korea will pay for transportAudi Korea yesterday said that it would equip all of its cars with a service called “Audi Mobility Support” to ensure convenient transportation for customers when their vehicle breaks down.
Audi Mobility Support means the company will pay for an alternative means of transportation in case of an unexpected breakdown during the Audi’s service guarantee period and if Audi emergency service is unable to fix the problem on the spot, they will bring the car to the official service center.
All owners of Audi vehicles still in their service guarantee period are eligible to receive a maximum of 100,000 won ($97) in taxi fares in case of a breakdown. The service applies to cars purchased at Audi Korea official dealers and can be facilitated after receiving prior approval of the service from the Audi Customer Service Center.
