Starbucks to begin selling summer drinks and food

Starbucks Korea said yesterday that it started selling two new summer drinks - the strawberry cheesecake frappuccino and the custard pudding coffee Frappuccino - at its 650 stores nationwide.

The coffee chain also released new foods (a blueberry pecan scone and strawberry chiffon), mugs, tumblers and cards made for the summer season. According to the company, the two new drinks were created to match the dessert craze that is sweeping the country.

A tall strawberry cheesecake Frappuccino costs 6,300 won ($6.20) and a tall custard pudding Frappuccino costs 6,500 won.
