A baby great white shark is caught by a fishing net used to capture blue sea crabs off Boryeong, South Chungcheong, yesterday. The shark weighed 100 kilograms (220 pounds) and was 2.2-meters (7.2- feet) long. Choi Yoon, a professor at the Department of Marine Biotechnology of Kunsan National University, said it is very likely that the mother shark will also be around since the baby is just a three-year-old pup. “Divers should be extra cautious when going underwater,” Choi said.
