KT&G creates cigarette pack that doubles as phone stand
It said it was the first in its industry to use a suggestion from customers in product development. The company named it the “smart pack,” and it is used for four different Tonino Lamborghini brands.
“This is a good example showcasing how KT&G listen to our customers and positively reflect it in improving our product,” said Kwon Min-seok, KT&G head of the branding team. “We plan to continue on listening to customers’ suggestions and implementing them for our products.”
