Ministry of ICT to work with Kazakhstan on technologyThe Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning yesterday announced that it agreed to a memorandum of understanding with Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Communications and Information on Thursday to co-found an ICT technology development center.
Korea’s National Information Society Agency and Kazakh Zerde National ICT Holding, the two countries’ state-run ICT technology and policy developers will open the ICT center at the state-run International Information Technologies University by next year.
Conferences will be held at the center for the public and private sectors as well as academia and researchers to discuss cooperation and to integrate cutting-edge ICT into Kazakhstan’s existing energy and environment industries.
