LG Electronics to expand sales of G3 globally starting Friday
LG Electronics said yesterday it will begin selling its flagship smartphone LG G3 globally starting Friday.The smartphone maker will release the G3 first in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, Europe, Central Asia, North America, Central and South America and China. The number of mobile carriers that will sell LG’s new smartphone is expected to be about 170. Launched on May 28 in six major cities, the G3 features a Quad HD display, an auto focus camera with laser beam, a sleek design and smart user options.
“By aiming for the global market with G3, LG Electronics will further boost its brand image,” said Park Jong-seok, head of mobile communications for LG Electronics.
