Meet and greet
Officials from North and South Korea shake hands ahead of high-level government talks to discuss developing the jointly run Kaesong Industrial Complex into an international business district. The meeting, held at the complex in Kaesong, North Korea, ended without an agreement on the launch of infrastructure or the expansion of the Radio-Frequency Identification system to recognize cargo entering the complex.
