G.o.d. returns from nine-year break with a bang

G.o.d. sweeps the music charts after releasing one of their songs, “Sky Blue Promise” from their eight album on July 1st. After making its release at noon, “Sky Blue Promise” took the top charts on music stations such as Melon, Mnet.co, Olleh Music and Genie to name a few.

The legendary boy band continues to prove their strong fan base and popularity even after a nine year hiatus ever since pre-releasing the song “Ugly Duckling” last May, which took the top charts as soon as it was released.

”Sky Blue Promise”, composed by Double Sidekick, brings back memories of the hit song “Sky Blue Balloon” with similar melodies and composition, creating nostalgia for fans who have been long awaiting the release.

“It feels like a dream. We don’t know how to repay our fans for this big love and support.” said g.o.d. through their agency, Sidus HQ Agency. All songs from the eight album will be released online on the 8th and the album can be found in stores the following day.
