Lotteria opens fast food store at new Aeon mall in Cambodia
Lotteria, a local fast food chain, said yesterday that it opened its first store in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, on Monday inside a shopping mall called Aeon.According to Lotteria, the new store is one of the 230 stores that it is operating overseas, including branches in Vietnam, Indonesia, China and Myanmar. Its first overseas store opened in Vietnam in 1998. Lotteria said that it plans to open its second store in Cambodia in September. By 2018, Lotteria plans to have about 20 stores in the country. For the opening, Lotteria partnered with Yinkok, an affiliate of CBM, Cambodia’s largest restaurant group.
