Korean director visits Chinese fiancée in Beijing

Chinese actress Tang Wei and her fiancé Kim Tae-yong, a Korean movie director, were seen together in Beijing, according to reports by Chinese media yesterday.

The reports, according to Ilgan Sports, an affiliate of the Korea JoongAng Daily, said that Kim met with the actress’s parents at a hotel restaurant on Friday. That was two days after the couple announced their plan to get married in the fall.

After the dinner, the couple changed into more casual outfits and enjoyed shopping in the city and got back to the hotel together later that night.

The couple got to know each other better after working together in the movie “Late Autumn” in 2010. After their marriage plan was announced, many local and Chinese media have been reporting their recent whereabouts.
