Crayon Pop inspires Toronto flash mob

테스트

Girl group Crayon Pop’s jumping dance moves for its song “Bar Bar Bar” may have died down in Korea, but the group continues to captivate fans overseas.

In a recent festival in Toronto, thousands of people formed a flash mob and danced up and down to mimic the moves of the group, according to its agency yesterday. The video of the flash mob has been posted on YouTube.

The group dance happened during the 21th edition of Dano Festival, one of the largest Korean festivals in Canada. The audience joined in on the dancing after two participants of the “K-pop Cover Dance Competition” came on stage wearing helmets and began to dance.

“After many learned that Crayon Pop is opening for Lady Gaga’s tour through media in the U.S. and Canada, more people are paying attention to the group,” said the agency.

Since June 26, the group has performed before Lady Gaga at her concert “ArtRAVE: The Artpop Ball” in Boston, Atlantic City, Buffalo and Montreal. They will perform eight more times in seven cities including Toronto, Chicago, Dallas, Las Vegas and Los Angeles before coming back to Korea.
