According to the Korea Metrological Administration yesterday, Typhoon Neoguri is churning toward Japan in waters 240 kilometers, or 149 miles, southwest of Okinawa. As Neoguri proceeds north, it is expected to dump torrential rain on the southeastern region of Korea today and tomorrow. [NEWSIS]
