Seo Tai-ji aims for a fall comeback
The singer Seo Tai-ji is getting ready to bring out some new music this fall.“He will be coming back in the fall season, but we have not decided any details on how to promote his comeback or any other concert schedules,” an official at Seo Tai-ji Company, the singer’s agency, told Korea JoongAng Daily affiliate Ilgan Sports yesterday.
The comment came after local media reported earlier yesterday that Seo might be planning a concert on Oct. 18 at Jamsil Sports Complex because the entertainment agency that usually organizes Seo’s concerts has requested to use the facility that day.
The report quoted an official at the agency saying that nothing is concrete yet as discussions are still ongoing and added that Seo’s new ninth album is almost complete and that the singer is debating how to release it. With his eighth album, he released three EPs consecutively and then released the full album over the course of one year.
The attention on Seo’s new album is bigger than ever because many fans are curious to know how his new married life has influenced his music. He married actress Lee Eun-sung, who is 16 years his junior, in June last year. Lee is pregnant and is expected to give birth next month.
