Samsung Electronics wins 11 awards for energy efficiency
Samsung Electronics said yesterday that 11 of its products received top energy efficiency awards from the local consumer association.A solid-state drive, smart air conditioner, laptop computer, LED TV, dehumidifier and portable cooler were among the Samsung products acknowledged at the Consumers Korea’s Energy Winners’ Award, the company said.
The annual awards given by Consumers Korea went to a total of 33 products and two energy-saving events this year, the Seoul-based association said. A panel of 44 industry experts reviewed the entries for a month.
