Asiana offers 30% monorail discount to Tokyo passengers

Asiana Airlines, nation’s second-largest flag carrier, said yesterday that customers who travel to Haneda International Airport in Tokyo will receive a 30 percent discount ticket for the Tokyo Monorail.

Tokyo Monorail connects Haneda International Airport to Hamamatucho Station in central Tokyo.

According to the airline, if using express monorail, it takes 13 minutes from the airport to Hamamatucho Station, when using Japan Railway (JR) by transfer, it takes 20 minutes from the airport to Tokyo Station and 34 minutes to Shinjuku.

The discount ticket is sold at 700 yen, 280 yen down from the original price. Those who have international flight boarding pass of Asiana and Asiana Club members can purchase the ticket.
