Bundang District has highest jeonse prices in the country
Bundang District in Seongnam, Gyeonggi, has Korea’s highest jeonse price on average, according to data from the Supreme Court.The court, which releases property prices on its online registration system, said that jeonse, or lump-sum rent, in Bundang District is an average of 360 million won ($355,000). Seoul’s Gangnam District was No. 2 with 303 million won, followed by Songpa District (294 million won) and Seocho District (268 million won).
Seoul had the highest average jeonse at 195 million won, followed by Busan (117 million won) and Daegu (113 million won). Gangwon had the lowest at 64 million won.
