The road next to Gyeongbok Palace in central Seoul is crowded yesterday with tourist buses with foreign visitors. The Seoul Metropolitan City Government yesterday said it will expand parking spaces in the capital city by 2018 to relieve parking problems caused by such buses. [NEWS1]
