Great expectations for High4’s debut

Boy group High4 will release its first mini-album on Wednesday. The new work, “Hi-High,” includes the title song “Bang Bang Bang,” which is inspired by urban, retro and funk music genres.

Although the group has never released a song, local music listeners are already familiar with it because the members have worked with popular singers such as IU and Kim Ye-rim, also known as Lim Kim.

With the news about the group’s album, industry experts are waiting to see if High4 will be successful on its own.

All four members of the group contributed either in composing music or writing lyrics for the album.
