Air Asia offers discount tickers for travel in 2015

The budget carrier Air Asia is holding a weeklong special event that starts today on its website www.airasia.com. It will offering flight tickets for next year between March 1 through Oct. 24 at special prices that will allow each passenger to fly from Incheon to a Southeast Asian city for 100,000 won ($98).

The ticket price, however, is one way.

A direct flight from Incheon to Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok will be offered for a minimum of 119,000 won, while the cheapest ticket from Incheon to Cebu, Kalibo and Manila in the Philippines will be sold at 105,000 won. Passengers traveling from Ginhae International Airport in Busan to Kuala Lumpur can purchase the ticket at 99,000 won, while the trip from Busan to Kalibo will be 100,000 won.

Air Asia is also offering cheap tickets to Australia and other Southeast Asian destinations. The cheapest ticket from Incheon to Perth is 241,000 won. For Melbourne and the Gold Coast, tickets retail for 238,000 won. A trip to Sydney is 237,000 won.
