Korea Post adds language services for bulk shippers
Published: 26 Aug. 2014, 20:49
Starting in September, Korea Post will launch Japanese, Chinese and Russian language services for its online registration system for Korean enterprises that send parcels overseas in bulk.
Of 1.1 million yearly shipping registrations, about 600,000 cases are headed toward countries where the three languages are spoken. Previously, the online system was available only in English and Korean.
Korea Post hopes the change will assist more individual businesspeople and small and midsize manufacturers in expanding their export transactions.
