The controversial Lotte World Mall, which is next to the 123-story Lotte World Tower and spans three low-rise buildings, opens to the public today. The decision to run a safety check on the skyscraper was made by the Seoul Metropolitan Government to reassure people that the building is safe. [NEWSIS]
