KT says 10 million people have signed up for its LTE serviceKT, the nation’s No. 2 mobile carrier, said yesterday that it has attracted 10 million subscribers to its LTE service in the two years and eight months since it started.
KT acquired 1 million subscribers in five months after launching the LTE service, and reached 5 million users in one year and two months, according to the company.
The surge in the number of LTE users continued this year and KT posted 23 percent year-on-year increase in the number of LTE customers in July.
