The wedding was held at the Conrad Seoul, a 38-story luxury hotel in Yeouido, western Seoul, owned by Hilton. Guests included members of girl group Sistar, R&B singer K. Will, K-pop diva Ailee and Hwan-hee of the duo Fly to the Sky. The ceremony comes five months after the K-pop couple announced their engagement in April, and about a year and a half since they acknowledged their relationship in April of last year.
Their agency, Music&New, said in a press release that the two, who used to work together, took their relationship to the next level. Lee Soo announced on his Twitter account afterwards that he and Lyn have become a “perfect sentence” with “no need for any other rhetoric.”
But not all local fans were content to hear the news, as some pointed out to the male singer’s shadowy past when he was involved in a sex trafficking case in 2009. His indictment was suspended the following year.
Lyn’s latest 12-song album “Lyn Home” was released on Sept. 12. The songs were recorded at her concert in May at Ewha Womans University, Seodaemun District, western Seoul. Lee soo recently took part in singing “U,” the theme for the SBS local drama, “It’s Okay, It’s Love.”
