Z:EA singer Moon posts angry tweets

K-pop boy band Z:EA’s leader, Moon Jun-young, threatened to go “war” with the CEO of his agency, Star Empire, yesterday on his Twitter account, in what seems to be a financial dispute between the agency and group members.

Moon deleted most his tweets a few hours after posting them yesterday.

The explosive series of tweets began yesterday morning when he wrote: “The stories kept in my heart, the world I’ve witnessed with my eyes and the life I’ve felt with my tears - I will communicate with everyone and tell people. News reporters, I beg your help.”

Moon, 25, then continued to write that “very fun things will happen from now on,” and that if his Twitter account gets abolished, it would mean he is under coercion.

“Now, I’ll begin with my first question,” he wrote. “Where’s all the money our nine members earned bleeding and crying? Boss, tell me the truth with a hand on your heart.”

In other tweets, Moon said he has dealt with everything from a depression and partial hair loss to attempting suicide. He directly warned the CEO of his agency, reportedly known as Shin Ju-hak, that he will “drive a nail” into his heart.

“I’m not Jesus, but I’m a child of God, and I’ll trust in God and start war,” he wrote. “Starting tomorrow, I’ll upload one file at a time. No, I’ll explode it.”

Local news outlet Newsen quoted an insider from Star Agency as saying the agency did not pressure Moon to delete his tweets and that they’re currently trying to talk matters out with the member.

Star Agency is home to K-pop bands including V.O.S., Jewelry, Nine Muses and ZE:A.
