Wolfgang’s Steakhouse plans second Asia branch in Seoul

Wolfgang’s Steakhouse, a restaurant chain based in New York City, said yesterday it will open its first Korean branch in Cheongdam-dong, southern Seoul, by end of the year.

The chain’s only branch in Asia is in Roppongi Hills, Tokyo.

The restaurant is famous for serving USDA-certified prime black angus, which undergoes 28 days of dry aging. There are four branches in New York City, and one each in Beverly Hills, California, Miami and Hawaii.
