G-D relationship rumors resurface

G-Dragon, of the K-pop boy band Big Bang, has denied being in a romantic relationship with Japanese-American model Kiko Mizuhara for years, but a series of photos of the two together has led to speculation that the two are a couple.

Dispatch, a local online news agency, published photos of the rapper and the model hugging and talking to each other during a party in Cheongdam-dong, southern Seoul, on the terrace of a pub. Afterward, the alleged couple moved to a bar in Itaewon and took photos with each other and a mutual friend.

According to local news reports, the two met in 2010 and have been dating since. But they deny that they are in a relationship, saying that they are just close friends.

Responding to the paparazzi photos, YG Entertainment, G-Dragon’s agency, said in a press release, “We try to respect each singer’s privacy, so there is nothing we can say about this. But we will soon comment on this publicly.”
