Asiana Airlines ranked No. 1 on customer satisfaction index
Asiana Airlines, Korea’s second-largest air carrier, has received top marks from Korea’s three most highly rated customer satisfaction indexes.
The affiliate of Kumho Asiana Group on Tuesday received the best ratings on the Korean Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI) for the airline category in a survey by Korean Management Association Consulting (KMAC). The report was conducted between April and August on local consumers in six major cities.
Asiana, which recently began operating A380 jumbo jets, said it received positive evaluations for its customer service.
The company was also the No. 1 airline on the Korean Standard-Service Quality Index and the National Customer Satisfaction Index earlier this year.
