Honda Korea selling improved version of its Accord sedan

Honda Korea said yesterday it has started selling the 2015 Accord sedan in Korea with upgraded safety features and interior.

The company said the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), which alerts drivers with a dashboard light when the air pressure in the tires is low, has been added because it is required by law starting in January.

It added that the leather back pocket of the driver and front passenger seats were changed with softer leather for easier storage.

The new Accord comes in five colors including white, silver and black, and the starting price for the 2.4 EX-L model is 34.7 million won (about $32,500) including value-added tax, while the 3.5 EX-L is 41.6 million won.
