Lotte Mart set to open warehouse store in Ilsan
Lotte Mart announced yesterday that it is opening a warehouse-based store called Big Market in Ilsan, Gyeonggi.
The retailer said the store will be much like Costco and cover an area of 17,483 square meters (188,185 square feet) and be two stories high with three underground floors. Big Market will also have a Hi-Mart as well as a Toys ’R’ Us and a Pet Garden. The annual membership fee will be 30,000 won to 55,000 won ($27 to $51).
