Kim said in a press briefing that North Korea agreed to former South Korean first lady Lee Hee-ho’s plan to make an overland trip to the Communist country. The North also promised to allow the wife of late President Kim Dae-jung to stay at Paekhwawon State Guesthouse in Pyongyang, according to Kim Sung-jae, the former culture minister.
